Quick Shoulder Tension Relief Tip ✨

No time to get in for an appointment but your shoulders are screaming? Try this simple reset:

👉 The Shoulder Drop + Breathe
1. Sit tall and let your shoulders gently lift toward your ears.
2. Take a slow deep breath in.
3. As you exhale, actively drop your shoulders down and back.
4. Repeat 5–6 times, focusing on relaxing your neck and upper back.

This helps signal your nervous system to let go of built-up tension we carry from stress, screens, and long days.
