Learn how to support your friends and take care of yourself! 🙌 We just wanted to share this info on FREE Mental Health First Aid trainings for ages 12-17 at the Ross Farnsworth East Valley YMCA. This training equips you with the tools to recognize when someone might be struggling and how to help. It’s real, it’s free, and it could save a life. We had an amazing time at the NAMI Walks Valley of the Sun Kick-Off Event! 🎉 So much enthusiasm as we gear up for the walk on Saturday, October 11th, 2025. You’re invited! ✨ Join NAMI Valley of the Sun for our NAMIWalks Kick-Off Event on Monday, August 4th, 2025! We’ll gather at the Ability360 Conference Center for an evening of community, information, and fun (including dinner and a raffle!).
