Effective immediately: In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, AZ Healthy Clinic is providing Telemedicine visits to our patients who qualify. Our providers will determine eligibility on a case by case basis.

The telemedicine program is easy to use and is accessible via mobile and desktop. Copayments can be made electronically at the time of visit.

Please call us at (623) 594-2432 and we will send you the link to our virtual waiting room before your appointment.

AZ Healthy Clinic is an Arizona medical clinic that offers family medicine, general medicine, sexual health, and treatment for opioid use disorder.

We provide an array of medical services because we know it’s important to meet the needs of our community. We provide care to our diverse Phoenix communities and believe in cultura diversity. Most of our providers and staff are bilingual in English and Spanish.

We accept most major health insurances, Medicare, and a major portion of AHCCCS plans. Our cash pay prices for the uninsured are lower than the average medical clinic.
