Wellness & Innerstrength Yoga LLC Founder: Alicia Weinkrantz, E-R.Y.T., R.P.Y.T. After years of searching to fill the void, I looked further into yoga.

Throughout the years, I have practiced yoga intermittently with no formal training and had many years in physical training (martial arts). I began taking weekly formal classes, what I experienced on the mat and in class was what I was looking for and it fulfilled my needs; physical strength, flexibility, energy and mental calmness. I

th others what I was feeling! October 2010, I completed my 200 Hatha Yoga Teacher training. October 2010 - I completed the Hatha Kids Yoga training. July 2011 - I completed my Prenatal Yoga Teacher training. In March 2012 - I completed Prime Aged Yoga Program and Certificate in Active Chair Yoga, Gentle Chair Yoga.
