ποΈ To get the most benefit out of this exercise, try pushing your top foot into the wall, which will activate that gluteus medius muscle even more
ποΈ And, your glut med will strengthen properly, as it functions better when the leg is in a closed chain position, meaning the foot is in contact with a surface.
