πŸ—œοΈ Ah, the infamous clam exercise….

πŸ—œοΈ if you’ve ever seen a PT for any lower body issue, these little nuggets were probably in your exercise program.

πŸ—œοΈ But…… maybe there’s a better way to do clams. Actually there is

πŸ—œοΈ To get the most benefit out of this exercise, try pushing your top foot into the wall, which will activate that gluteus medius muscle even more

πŸ—œοΈ And, your glut med will strengthen properly, as it functions better when the leg is in a closed chain position, meaning the foot is in contact with a surface.
