FRAUD ALERT:
We are once again the victims of mail fraud. If you sent mail to Garden Lakes Chiropractic and it was returned to you with this label on the envelope, we are still located and open for business at 10720 W. Indian School Road, Suite 67, Phoenix, AZ 85037 as we have been since 2002. The culprit told USPS that we lost our mailbox key and asked for a copy of it. When the culprit was told that USPS would have to change the entire lock and that they are required to hand deliver the new keys directly to the place of business, the culprit asked them to hold all of our mail at the post office instead. When the culprit did not claim the mail in time, all of it was returned to sender with no forwarding address. Much like the unauthorized change of address & mail theft in 2022, we did not exist in the USPS database for several weeks. We opened an investigation with USPS and are now receiving mail again. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please resend any returned mail as soon as possible. If you have any personal cell phone numbers or email addresses in your contact list for GLC, please update and call the clinic directly at (623) 877-0156 or send messages to gardenlakeschiro@gmail.com.
