5 ways to prioritize your mental health (and actually feel it):

1. Create space to slow down - your nervous system can’t heal in a constant state of rush. Carve out time — even just 10 minutes, to pause, breathe, and be still. Slowness is medicine.

2. Move your body with intention: you don’t have to “go hard” to feel good. Gentle walks, stretching, mobility, or dancing in your living room can help you process emotions and regulate your nervous system.

3. Set boundaries and honor them: protect your energy by saying no when needed. Rest isn’t selfish, and choosing yourself doesn’t make you “too much” or “not enough. It makes you aware.

4. Feel your feelings: suppressing emotions doesn’t make them go away - it buries them deeper. Give yourself permission to feel sadness, frustration, joy, or grief. All emotions are valid data.

5. Ask for support: you dont have to do it all alone. Reach out the a friend, therapist, or healer. Support is strength and your healing journey deserves to be held, not just handled.

The more you care for your inner world, the more clearly and confidently you can show up in your outer one. You are worthy of peace, rest, and support 🫶
