Some of my favorite tools to support lymph flow 🫶

You can use them… but you don’t need them.
My last two videos break down simple ways to open your lymph and get things moving—no expensive gadgets required.

Because at the end of the day, your lymphatic system runs on the basics:
movement • breath • hydration • sleep • regulation

On a perfect day, this is my rhythm:

✨ Vibration plate first thing to wake the body + stimulate flow after hours of stillness

✨ Stimulating my main lymph node areas with tapping + rubbing

✨ Gua sha + facial cupping to move fluid through the neck + collarbone pathways.

I use the best, premium tools from — use code OPENBODY for 10% off

✨ 9-minute body-based movement before the gym

✨ Evening leg compressions to support lower body drainage

✨ Legs up the wall before bed to drain, stretch, and calm my system

This isn’t about doing everything — it’s about creating flow and consistency in your body.

When you start prioritizing your lymph, you feel it. Period.

Do you use any tools? Tell me below 👇

Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement, breath, and rhythm for circulation, clearing inflammation, and reducing stiffness.

This 9-minute routine creates that rhythm!

It’s not about intensity.

It’s about bouncing, twisting, spiraling, and opening space for fluid to move.

When the body moves in multiple planes, lymph flows better.

When lymph flows better, inflammation resolves more efficiently.

Do this when you feel:
Heavy

Puffy

Foggy

Stuck

Just 9-minute. No equipment. Just rhythm.

Save this for the days your body feels dense instead of fluid 🫶

Your lymphatic system is your body’s quiet support system.

When it’s flowing properly, you feel clear, light, and regulated.

When it’s stagnant, you can feel puffy, heavy, or “off”.

Since your lymphatic system does not have a natural pump like your cardiovascular system (heart), it relies on you to get it moving regularly!

At this point, you should have a clearer understanding of how your body feels and how your symptoms relate to what I’ve explained about how your lymphatic system is meant to function.

Next, I’m diving into the Integration layer of the Listening Body Framework — where I’ll show you gentle, effective ways to manually support lymph flow and help your body circulate fluid more efficiently.
If you’ve been feeling heavy, puffy, or stuck… this is the part you don’t want to miss.

Save this so you can come back to it, and drop a “READY” below if you want the full routine 👇

It’s time to stop ignoring your body’s signals.

Fatigue, tension, restlessness, shallow breathing, digestive changes, disrupted sleep, or feeling “off” aren’t things to push through or silence. THEY’RE MESSAGES!

At the awareness layer of the Listening Body Framework, we start by noticing patterns: how your body feels at different times of day, how it responds to stress, rest, movement, and routine.

These signals aren’t failures or flaws.

Their information.

You don’t need to fix anything yet.

You just need to listen.

Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like your heart.

It relies on YOU!!

Movement.
Breath.
Muscle contraction.
Manual stimulation.

Importance of the Lymphatic System using my Listening Body Framework Model 🔺

Have you ever seen a fish tank that hasn’t been cleaned in a while?

Cloudy water.
A clogged filter.
That green film on the glass.
Fish begin to swim slowly.

Your first instinct would be to pour fresh water in and expect it to clear.

What if I told you → Your lymphatic system works the same way!!

When your lymph isn’t moving well, you might notice:
- Puffiness
- Heaviness
- Brain fog
- Swelling around your joints
- Lingering inflammation

> Join me for this month’s topic on The Importance of the Lymphatic System, where i will teach you:

- To become aware of the symptoms you feel on a daily basis
- Integrating new practices to stimulate your lymph nodes to help with circulation
- Why your lymph matters and how to justify the way you feel

🫶 I encourage you to check back in daily and learn all about your nervous system!

The Listening Body Framework is a body-first model that helps people understand symptoms by moving from awareness, to integration, to understanding broader influences - without jumping straight to labels or diagnoses.

Before you skip straight to webmd to find out you’re possibly dying, I ask you sit down and do a whole body scan.

When you are about to be aware of the symptoms you are feeling, you become more attuned with your body, emotions, menstrual cycle, and hormones.

After awareness, you start to look for help; from friends, chiropractor, physical therapist, massage therapist, personal trainer, parents, or good old Google. What is a simple practice you can start doing today to help your symptom in the long run?

And you realize, you’re not dying (like webmd said), you are helping your body heal. If you think of your body as a seperate entity, you truly find a new found ✨respect✨ for the body that carries you every damn day!

The Listening Body Framework will help you feel more empowered and confident in your body by not skipping straight to conclusions and being able to listen!

✨ I’m excited to share this month’s Body Framework topic: Everything Lymphatics—designed to help you better understand your body, reduce stagnation, and support your overall flow.

Follow along this month to learn how to support your lymphatic system and feel more connected to your body.

Sleep struggles and fatigue aren’t a lack of discipline.
They’re often signs of hypervigilance, seasonal shifts, or a system that doesn’t yet feel safe enough to power down.

Regulation happens when the body feels supported — not forced.

Warmth is one of the fastest ways to signal safety to the body. Himalayan salt stones provide a steady, grounding heat that helps muscles soften, circulation improve, and the nervous system settle into a more receptive state. When the body feels supported, it doesn’t need to hold on as tightly!

In massage, these stones aren’t used to push deeper or force release. They’re used to create comfort, invite relaxation, and allow the body to respond in its own time. Gentle warmth can be especially supportive during times of stress, fatigue, or seasonal shifts when the body craves grounding and containment.

This is about working with the body — never against it 🫶

Lets’s Understand Why ⬇️

At the top of the pyramid, we look deeper.
Cortisol and daily rhythms are shaped by circadian cues, environmental factors, nervous system safety, and long-term stress patterns.

When these signals are inconsistent, the nervous system may stay alert even when the body needs rest.

02/17/2026

Before reaching for supplements or sleep aids, we explore what the body needs earlier in the day to feel safe enough to rest at night.

Integration isn’t about doing everything “right”.
It’s about experimenting gently and listening to how the body responds.

Your session doesn’t have to stop at “just massage.”
These add-ons are designed to deepen the work and help your body integrate.

✨ Cupping Therapy
I use dynamic (movement-based) cupping to create stabilization and length through the muscle — not just decompression. It’s especially supportive for chronically overactive tissue that needs space and re-education.

✨ Restorative Release
30 minutes dedicated to the face and neck using myofascial release and manual lymphatic drainage. This is where we shift into deep parasympathetic rest — perfect if your jaw, temples, or nervous system feel overloaded.

✨ MEDISTIK
A professional-grade topical with 46% active ingredients including menthol, eucalyptus, boswellia, ilex, glucosamine, and MSM. Designed to pe*****te deeply and support muscular recovery beyond the table.

✨ Aromatherapy
Scent bypasses logic and speaks directly to the brain — helping your body soften before we even begin. Choose from: Eucalyptus + Peppermint, Lavender or Citrus.

If you’re ready to go beyond surface relaxation and truly support your body, add one to your next session.
