We are thrilled to announce another complimentary meditation class from 8/25/2025 to 8/30/2025, taking place on weekdays from 6:30 pm to 9 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please note that attendance on all days is mandatory. As space is limited, kindly RSVP with Le Le at 623-687-1268. The class will be held at 7190 W Fleetwood Ln, Glendale, AZ 85305.

Sifu Hurst always says to me, “you have power, now you must learn how to be soft”.

Slowly, I am learning that is what this cross country journey is all about. I’m spending time enhancing my Tai Chi knowledge, drinking tea, and learning about self healing from my friends at The Cactus Flower Center.

This fantastic center’s goal is to help people heal, and to teach them to heal themselves. They are located in multiple states and are completely non-profit. However, donations are always welcome.

Thank you Cactus Flower Center! What you do is an amazing thing!
