Okay… quick behind-the-scenes moment.

This wasn’t supposed to take this long…

But there’s a reason.

I thought I’d be announcing the BETA round by now.

When I was a teenager, I remember having this really annoying uninvited guest:

A stubborn little lower-belly pouch�that refused to take a permanent vacation.

No matter how many crunches I did…�(500 a day for two weeks = no improvements 🙃)

…it just sat there.
Like a brick of cement paying rent.

And at that formative age?

It was a big deal.

Because it’s not just “a little protruding belly.”

It’s what you notice in every mirror.
What you suck in around boys.
What makes you rethink certain outfits.

So I did what every “good, health-seeking” girl does:
I tried harder.

Ate the tofu.�Swapped in tempeh.�Bought the (soy) processed versions of the foods I thought were actually healthy.

Fully believing I was doing everything right.

Meanwhile?

My belly was like,�“Tasty for you. But a “no-go” for me.” 😌

Because here’s what I didn’t know yet:

The soy-based foods I thought were “healthy”�were the exact reason my belly wouldn’t budge.

I was basically paying for the problem…�at the health food store. 🫤

Oooof! The irony!

Because you can’t crunch your way out of something your body just doesn’t know how to let go of.

The shift didn’t happen when I exercised more.

It happened when I stopped flooding my body with the things that were gripping and sticking ~ even though they had a “healthy” label slapped on them.

And when I started supporting detoxification properly?

It was like a pin piercing a balloon.

That little “kangaroo pouch?” 🦘

Deflated.

But the real win?

The feeling.

Light.�Unrestricted.�At home in my body instead of boxing with it all day. 🥊

And once you feel that…

You stop chasing “flat.”�You start protecting freedom.

Turns out… it was never about the crunches. 😉

What I actually keep in my kitchen… (and what I don’t)

If you’ve ever tried to “get healthy” and felt overwhelmed… you’re not alone.

Most people think they need more discipline.

But in reality?

Your environment is what makes or breaks you.

When your kitchen is set up right,
you don’t have to think so hard about every choice.

For me, it’s simple:

Not perfect. Not complicated. Just consistent.

Everyone thinks getting healthy is complicated…

It’s not.

You’re just trying to use willpower
in an environment that’s working against you.

So I changed my environment. 🪄

Now the better choice is the easy choice:

And zero neon “hydration” in sight 😏

Not fancy.
Not trendy.
Not complicated.

That’s how this becomes effortless.

Obsessed with this Q?

“Where do you get your protein?”
It sounds like the right question.
It’s not, dear friend. It’s not.

Because you don’t get the benefits of what you eat just because you ate it.

You get the benefits of what your body can actually use.

And most people?
Are focused on intake…while their digestion is quietly struggling, their absorption is abysmal, and their pathways of elimination are… let’s just say… not flowing.

So they keep adding more:
👎🏼 protein
👎🏼 energy drinks
👎🏼 power bars
…and wondering why nothing really changes.

When your body can’t process what you eat… it doesn’t just miss out ~ it starts to accumulate.

The real shift?

Why doing ‘all the right things’ still isn’t working?

There’s a missing piece almost no one explains…

If you’ve ever felt like gut health advice is… a bit of a circus 🎪 you’re not wrong.

One expert says: “Take probiotics!”

Another Instagram influencer says: “Probiotics are useless!”

Then a comedian comes along and says: “Cut out gluten, dairy, sugar, joy, and possibly your will to live.” 😭

And meanwhile you’re just standing there bloated holding a sweet potato (ok, for me back in the day, it’s was an avocado) wondering what you did wrong.🫤

Here’s the truth that most people don’t know because it isn’t being said out loud:

Gut health has become confusing not because it’s complicated… …but because it’s being taught out of order.

Most advice skips the part where you actually understand:

👉 what your microbiome is
👉 how it functions as the maestro of your body systems
👉 why certain protocols work for some people and completely backfire for others

So maybe you end up doing things like:

• trying random probiotics and hoping for magic
• bouncing between elimination/fad diets
• starting protocols you don’t fully understand or are just plain wrong from the start
• second-guessing everything when results are inconsistent

It turns into what I like to call:

“Educated guesswork.”

(Heavy on the guesswork.😏)

And to be fair — a lot of what you may be trying sounds logical on the surface. That’s what makes it so frustrating.

But without a clear map of how your gut actually works, even the “right” tools can be used in the wrong way… or at the wrong time.

That’s when you may start thinking:

“Why isn’t this working for me?”

When really, the better question is:

“Do I actually understand what my gut needs right now?”

Over the past several months (yes, during my accidental email disappearance 😅), I’ve been deep in organizing and teaching this in a way that really makes things click.

Not overwhelming.
Not rigid.
Not a 47-step protocol.

Just ...clear.
