Adobe Population Health's Perinatal Program is changing lives, and we have the results to prove it.

After just one year, we've helped our Medicaid clients in New Mexico meaningfully outperform statewide averages, significantly reducing premature births from 10.1% to 7.3%, low birth weight from 9.7% to 8.2%, and NICU admissions from 11.7% to 7.3%. Our infant mortality rate was half the state average (0.28% vs. 0.59%), and we achieved zero maternal deaths within six weeks postpartum compared to the state’s rate of 0.028%.

This is what proactive, whole-person maternal care can accomplish. Learn more: https://bit.ly/4kWhbiu

Recognize symptoms early, like dizziness or confusion, and stay hydrated even if you’re not thirsty. Check in daily with family or friends, because little habits can make a big difference.

June is Men’s Health Month and a timely reminder to help the men in our lives stay proactive about their health. Men typically delay preventive care, missing crucial opportunities to address health risks early.

Effective care means more than awareness. It involves targeted strategies, personalized outreach (think texts, calls, or apps), and easy access through trusted community spaces like gyms or barbershops.
