What were you born knowing, that is not the usual cultural story? For me, I think I was born knowing that all is well. Underneath all the chaos, struggle, and strife, the bigger truth is that all is well. Or it's my truth, anyhow. What’s yours? Why do I think all is well? Because we are eternal spirits visiting this beautiful vacation planet for a little while. (We forget how very precious this particular planet really IS!) As it turns out, that’s a powerful notion, and it can spread into your family, your neighborhood, your town, and beyond. In fact, the world is depending on you, on each of us, to bring in the peace. I used to be afraid to tell people about my Sun gazing habit, because it might sound strange or dangerous.But since 2007, it has been a sweet spot in my day.I absolutely love the beautiful strong orb of the Sun, low on the horizon.It makes my heart bloom, big. The Sun fills my eyes, my head, my spine, every cell in my body with delicious energy.Quite literally, it lightens me up.It has made me feel happier and more balanced from day to day. Sungazing is done only for a short while, beginning with 10 seconds at Sunrise or Sunset, with the feet well-grounded to the Earth....

It’s embarrassing to admit this, but I must plow ahead in the name of truth. Flat out exhausted with a sweating fever, headache, dizziness, and chest pain, while this new sickness swept the world, I heard Dr. Peebles say that this was, in truth, an epidemic of fear. He said it was a science experiment intended to create mass hysteria and fear. But the virus would not take hold of a person unless they were in fear of it. He went on about how we humans worry over our health and thereby make ourselves sick....
