Try an Infrared Sauna Blanket for Detox, Pain Relief, Peace and Bliss

Have you ever tried a far-infrared sauna blanket or panel? I use the blanket version, and mine feels yummy. In November we talked about red light therapy (630-660 nm) and near-infrared (810-850 nm). Far-infrared blankets (and panels) give you 4000 to 14,000 nanometer wavelengths of light, similar to the natural infrared wavelengths of light emitted by the human body. Far-infrared penetrates up to 2 inches into the soft tissue. It provides deep warming of the body without heating the air, which is why this blanket feels more gentle than a sauna....
