Evolution Fitness and Health is expanding! Bootcamps and Small Group Training are where Evofit began. Fitness and Exercise were the catalyst for my career. I began as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and felt the desire to go further in my fitness and wellness career by obtaining my Personal Training Certification. I love training and creating interesting and fun workouts for people who want to change their energy levels and strengthen their bodies.
I’ve found an even greater desire to expand on those two certifications and have gone on to obtain my Weight Management Health Coach Certification. Health and Wellness is not only about exercising, but also about eating well and finding mental and emotional happiness and contentment. That’s where a Certified Health Coach comes in to play.
Helping others to modify behaviors that may be holding them back from achieving their fitness and wellness goals stems from personal experiences with family members and friends who have struggled with their health. This is where my real passion lives. Many of us know what we’re supposed to do but not how to actually put the plan into action. Many others don’t even know how or where to begin. If this is you, you are not alone.
Even if you’re not sure if you are ready to make the first step I can help you get to the place where you are excited and committed to changing your life for the better. Sometimes we need someone to go along on the journey. Sometimes we need someone to believe in us. I believe in you. I can help you believe in you too.
