When someone experiencing homelessness receives a life-changing diagnosis, they deserve a place to heal with dignity. 💜

Todd’s journey is a powerful reminder that compassion can change everything.

Thank you to Javier Soto and ABC15 for telling his story and helping our community understand how medical respite is changing lives every day.

✨ Throwback to a Night We’ll Never Forget! ✨

⚾ In June, our founder, Sister Adele O’Sullivan, took the mound at the Arizona Diamondbacks game to throw the ceremonial first pitch. Then, in a truly moving moment, Sister Adele was honored with the Second Annual Nicole Hazen 4 Kindness Award. 💜

👉 This award carries the legacy of Nicole Hazen and the power of kindness, values that Sister Adele has poured into Circle the City from day one, recognizing her commitment to compassion, healing, and dignity.

💜 Together, we are making a difference with kindness and compassion. 💜

🚨 This Giving Tuesday, your support helps patients take their next step toward healing and home.

Meet Robert, whose journey reminds us why compassionate healthcare matters. Two years ago, he was facing homelessness and serious health challenges with only his dog, Bernie, by his side. After being hospitalized, he was introduced to Circle the City, where he found medical care, stability, and the compassion he needed to heal, all while keeping Bernie with him.

Today, Robert is safe, stable, and housed. His story shows what’s possible when people are met with dignity and care. 💜

👉 And this year, your impact can go even further. A generous donor has offered a $5,000 matching gift to help us reach our $10,000 Giving Tuesday goal. 🎉

✨ On December 2nd, join us in helping patients find safety, stability, and hope.

✨ “We find patients on their worst days … and if patients accept our care and want our care, we get to see the results of that.” ✨

👉 At Circle the City’s Downtown Family Health Center, Christianna Reinhardt walks alongside patients with the most complex needs, often those who are at the very end of the safety net.

🎉 Her work ensures that no one falls through the cracks. And every day, she witnesses the impact that happens when compassion, clinical care, and trust all come together.

💜 We’re so grateful for Christianna and the dedication she brings to our community. 💜

✨ This is what hope in healthcare looks like.

“If I weren’t here, probably this would have advanced, and I would not have made it.”

After learning he had cancer, Todd Zilk found himself in the hospital with nowhere to go and no clear path forward. He was searching for stability while facing a life-threatening diagnosis.

Earlier this year, when his symptoms grew too severe to ignore, Todd rushed to the hospital, and that’s where he was first introduced to Circle the City.

For the past four months, Todd has been healing at our Midtown Medical Respite Center, surrounded by daily medical support, compassionate providers, and access to the specialists he needs. Little by little, he’s getting stronger and finding hope again.

Your support makes stories like Todd’s possible. Help Circle the City provide life-saving care to our neighbors in need.

Sometimes, hearing “I’m proud of you” can be the most powerful medicine.

Earlier this year, our work was featured by actor Bradley Cooper and Well Beings — offering a behind-the-scenes look at our street medicine teams in action. This emotional moment is a reminder that every step forward, no matter how big or small, deserves celebration.

This is what compassionate care looks like. 💜
