Ekam Yoga Studio

Ekam Yoga Studio Welcome to Ekam Yoga Studio! Ekam means unity in Sanskrit. Here, we guide yogis and yoginis on a journey to connect mind, body, and breath—one posture at a time.

All levels welcome | Personalized guidance | Traditional Ashtanga, Flow, Hatha & Yin In Sanskrit Ekam means unity and togetherness. Yogi and Yogini, through their practice, aspire to reach Ekam both individually and as a community. Each yoga practitioner embarks in a journey of self-discovery which will lead to a greater harmony between the body and the mind. This transformative experience will progressively emerge from poses, movement, breathing and meditation. As a group, yogi and yogini, teachers and students develop a positive energy towards shared values and goals.

➰What does “Traditional Ashtanga” really mean? ➰

It’s not about being flexible, athletic or advanced.
It’s a structured, breath-led practice that grows with you — step by step, posture by posture, at your own pace.

In Mysore, you don’t need to know the sequence before you start.
Your teacher guides you, offering personal support, listening, and trust, so your practice evolves safely and meaningfully.

This is where transformation happens:
Strength, mobility, focus and calm that follow you off the mat.
🧘‍♀️ Begin your Mysore journey today!
All levels welcome — beginner-friendly and progressive.
