I have worked predominantly in a clinical setting, providing therapeutic and rehabilitative massage for pain management and injury recovery. I also specializes in Prenatal and Postpartum care. I enjoy working with the head, neck and pelvis. I often integrate Craniosacral techniques to relieve headaches

, TMJD symptoms and low back pain. I believe that a massage should treat the Whole person. Each massage is custom to your specific needs. I blend clinical knowledge with intuition to create a balanced massage unique to you. I offer mobile massage where I come to your home in the valley, and I offer massage in office at The Wellness Center at Spine in Motion in Phoenix. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
