I wanted to share my Aura pictures so that you can see how Meditation can change your energy and strengthen your aura.
The picture on the left was taken on October 8th 2023. The picture on the right was taken January 6th 2024. Back in October I was told I had alot of stress in my body. I also noticed I’m missing other colors in my Chakras. Since then I’ve found a way to let go of more stress and have been doing daily meditations. I’ve been meditating more of my lower chakras. I still show some signs of stress and that’s me trying to control an outcome. I’m working on letting go of controlling the details and just focusing on the end goal with a clear vision. Spirit keeps reminding me to get out of my own way and watch the magic unfold! It’s such a beautiful journey the transformations that are changing in this short time! 

For years I was mostly all purple.
