Avista Senior Living North Mountain From daily activities, organized outings, nutritional meals, we provide a friendly, active community for our residents. A little assistance goes a long way!

We accept Medicaid and offer private studio and one bedroom apartments! Avista offers our residents a chance to maintain as much of their independence as possible while accessing help in the areas they need. Caregivers are available to help our residents with their individual challenges and to provide companionship in a family environment. Enjoy our outdoor ramada or join us for a meal in our restaurant! We offer a fun variety of activities and opportunities to socialize and make each day productive and fun. Avista Senior Living North Mountain also has a secure, dedicated neighborhood to safely serve our Memory Care residents. Come by and see us! We are here to help our ALTCS (Medicaid) beneficiaries who have United Healthcare, Mercy Care or Banner insurance through AZ Long Term Care.

We’re excited to share that our Memory Care Angel Tree is officially displayed in the lobby! Each tag represents one of our wonderful residents, and choosing a tag is a beautiful way to spread holiday cheer and make Christmas a little brighter for them. 💖🎁

If you’d like to participate, stop by the lobby, pick an angel, and return the gift by December 15th.

🎉 Our Fall Festival Was a Big Success! 🍂✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Fall Festival such a wonderful event! Our community showed up with great energy, big smiles, and (let’s be honest) a strong love for free food. 😄

Here’s a quick recap of the fun:
🩺 Blood pressure checks — because staying healthy and festive is a talent.
🥧 Pie station — very popular… almost too popular.
🍕 Pizza — disappeared faster than we could set it out.
🧁 Cupcakes — absolutely no survivors.
🍧 Snow cones — perfect for our “fall but still 90 degrees” weather.
🎯 Games — competitive spirit was high, bragging rights were earned.
🐐 Petting Zoo — the animals stole the show (and a few hearts).
🎨 Face Painting — had everyone looking extra cute for the afternoon.

We’re grateful for our residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community members who made this event special. Thank you for your support, participation, and good vibes!
