Avista Senior Living North Mountain From daily activities, organized outings, nutritional meals, we provide a friendly, active community for our residents. A little assistance goes a long way!

We accept Medicaid and offer private studio and one bedroom apartments! Avista offers our residents a chance to maintain as much of their independence as possible while accessing help in the areas they need. Caregivers are available to help our residents with their individual challenges and to provide companionship in a family environment. Enjoy our outdoor ramada or join us for a meal in our restaurant! We offer a fun variety of activities and opportunities to socialize and make each day productive and fun. Avista Senior Living North Mountain also has a secure, dedicated neighborhood to safely serve our Memory Care residents. Come by and see us! We are here to help our ALTCS (Medicaid) beneficiaries who have United Healthcare, Mercy Care or Banner insurance through AZ Long Term Care.

Today our residents enjoyed a trip out for some grocery shopping! From picking out favorite snacks to finding fresh ingredients, it’s always a great opportunity to stay active, make choices, and enjoy a change of scenery.

What an egg-stra special day we had celebrating our Easter Trunk Hop! 💛 From festive trunks and creative costumes to smiles all around, our team brought the joy and made it a memorable experience for everyone who joined us.

We love creating moments like these for our residents and community filled with laughter, connection, and a little bit of magic ✨

💖🌹 A Rosy Cause & A Beautiful Success! 🌹💖

This year we tried something new with our Valentine’s Fundraiser for Heart Health Awareness — and it was a HUGE success!

Residents stopped by the lobby to purchase roses for fellow residents and caregivers, spreading love, kindness, and a few happy tears throughout our community. 🌹💌

Each rose delivered wasn’t just a sweet surprise — it also supported the American Heart Association, making every gesture even more meaningful. ❤️

Seeing the smiles, connections, and heartfelt moments reminded us what community is all about. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this such a special event!

We had such a wonderful time celebrating together — surrounded by great music, sweet treats, laughter, and even sweeter company. Seeing our residents smiling, dancing, and enjoying the afternoon together is what makes events like this so special.
