A Sacred Song Yoga & Wellness For Women

A Sacred Song Yoga & Wellness For Women My deepest passion is helping people discover their voice, their wings, their mission and purpose in life, and their AUTHENTIC self. Teri Undreiner

My mission is to help women recover custody of themselves through spiritual, physical, personal, and collective growth through Movement, Mindfulness, Prayer, Study, and Meditation in a Contemplative Christ-Centered intention. This page is dedicated to the mission and purpose of serving others through encouraging transformation in the areas of Life Recovery, using Life Coaching, Music, Yoga Practice, and Massage Therapy. I am NOT a professional Mental Health Counselor, but I am professional, and I am interested in the recovery of one's mental health. This happens through the recovery of the MIND by changing one's thoughts and attitudes, in my opinion. Yoga also helps in this as it directly speaks to and engages the whole Mind/ Body/ Spirit connection. I have a favorite saying that I've often heard in my yoga experiences: " Where your gaze goes, your body will follow." The way we see, hear, and experience situations and people, will determine the judgments we take in and put upon ourselves and others. Likewise, my practice of Massage Therapy helps people come into connection with their body as well. Our body speaks to us on a daily basis but if we do not heed it's voice, we enter into or continue to engage in unhealthy habits that toxify and bring disease on the body. I have 17 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist and am qualified in several modalities. I hope you will enjoy this journey and check in with me how I can help YOU recover your life. I believe that God created every single human being on the Earth to be creative, soul full, vibrant, full of life, and amazing! I believe God's image is in every person and thus I can clearly and unashamedly say:

Namaste'( The Divine in ME, recognizes and honors the Divine in YOU.)

Less is much often, MORE.

Less is much often, MORE.

My New Year’s resolution is to do less.

Less rushing.
Less proving.
Less trying to keep up with a version of life that never actually felt good.

I’m not making resolutions to be more productive, more organized, more successful, or more impressive this year.

I’m resolving to do less of what burns me out and more of what brings me home to myself and my family.

Less noise.
Less comparison.
Less filling every moment just to feel “worthy.”

More slow mornings.
More being present instead of planning the next thing.
More conversations that don’t need to go anywhere.
More noticing my kids instead of managing them.

For a long time, I thought success meant doing more.

More hours.
More stuff
More goals.
More pressure.

But I’m realizing now that peace doesn’t come from adding more to your life.
It comes from being brave enough to let some things go.

This year, I’m choosing less hustle and more life.

Less striving.
More meaning.

If you’re heading into this year already tired…

You’re not behind.
You’re not failing.

Maybe you’re just ready for a different kind of resolution.

Ladies! The New Year is coming and often New Years Resolutions don't pan out. What if we started on a different note?
Lectio Divina is a wonderful way to communicate with God through reading, meditation, and mindful movement.
Let me know of your interest ladies!

The Four Movements of Lectio Divina:
Lectio (Reading): Slowly read a short scripture passage (like a Psalm or Gospel snippet) multiple times, focusing on understanding the words and context.

(Meditation): Ponder a word or phrase that stands out, asking what it means for your life and how it speaks to you personally.

Oratio (Prayer): Respond to God about what you've heard and meditated on, expressing feelings, needs, or thanks in conversation.

(Contemplation): Rest in God's presence, allowing for a moment of quiet awareness and being with Him, a gift of grace.

Key Aspects:
Focus on Listening: It's about hearing God speak through the text, not just analyzing it.
Spiritual vs. Studious: It prioritizes spiritual encounter over systematic Bible study, though prior study can help.
Accessibility: Anyone can practice it, from beginners to experienced believers, often using short, resonant passages.
Goal: To foster a loving awareness and relationship with God, allowing His Word to transform you.

* In 1555, Michelangelo dreamt of a staircase that he wanted to add to the Laurentian Library in Florence, which he designed but never completed. After he died, others built it. But where did the staircase lead in his dream? *
Mark Nepo
In my morning readings, I am challenged daily to ask myself, " Does this align or fit in with the life Im trying to create?"
This question reminds me that I am the author, the poet, the designer, and the builder of my life. But, though the work is mostly mine, I have helpers along my way.
Like Michelangelo, I can design remarkable art. The challenge for me is to work on it one day, one moment at a time and finish it to the best of my ability. I don't want someone else to finish my design. I'm a co -creator. I'm a Mom and now a Mimi. ( and many other things too).
I co- created with another human and God three remarkable humans inside my body. Each one of them is a masterpiece, unique and perfectly designed. And each one of them chose another work of art to co-design their lives, their art. Each also unique and perfectly designed. Two of them created two masterpieces of their own. Co-creators of four little humans, perfectly designed and unique.
Life takes us through all kinds of twists and turns and each of these will shape and reshape our lives , our designs, our hopes and dreams. But still, we don't give up.
We began the pieces and we get to determine most of the outcome.
Life begets life.
Create the life you want. Create the life you love.
Good morning. 💜
