My mission is to help women recover custody of themselves through spiritual, physical, and personal and collective growth through Movement, Mindfulness, Prayer, Study, and Meditation. This page is dedicated to the mission and purpose of serving others through encouraging transformation in the areas of Life Recovery, using Life Coaching, Music, Yoga Practice, and Massage Therapy. I am NOT a professional Mental Health Counselor, but I am professional, and I am interested in the recovery of one's mental health. This happens through the recovery of the MIND by changing one's thoughts and attitudes, in my opinion. Yoga also helps in this as it directly speaks to and engages the whole Mind/ Body/ Spirit connection. I have a favorite saying that I've often heard in my yoga experiences: " Where your gaze goes, your body will follow." The way we see, hear, and experience situations and people, will determine the judgments we take in and put upon ourselves and others. Likewise, my practice of Massage Therapy helps people come into connection with their body as well. Our body speaks to us on a daily basis but if we do not heed it's voice, we enter into or continue to engage in unhealthy habits that toxify and bring disease on the body. I have 17 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist and am qualified in several modalities. I hope you will enjoy this journey and check in with me how I can help YOU recover your life.
