EAGLE TAIL MOUNTAIN MISSION STATEMENT: Provide a safe and caring environment for our rescued animals. Stop breeding-for-profit and the private ownership of wolves and wolf hybrids. Increase public support for wolf rescue facilities and wolf release projects. Create an educational center. Eagle Tail Mountain Wolf Sanctuary, a non-profit organization, dedicates itself to providing a safe haven for abandoned wolf-hybrids/wolfdogs. The current attitude in many areas of the country dictates that "any animal brought into Rabies Control suspected of being part wolf must be destroyed - no exceptions". We have made a commitment that NO ANIMAL in our care WILL BE DESTROYED .
