Golden Hands Massage Making the world a better place, one body at a time! I use the combination of many techniques to fit the needs of my clients.

I have been a massage therapist for twenty two years and have taken several different courses in body work. These courses include, but are not limited to; LaStone Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Medical Massage, Reflexology, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Ashiatsu, Aeromatherapy, Lymphatic Massage, East Indian Scalp Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular, Myofacial Release, Sports Massage, Maternity Massage , Lomi-Lomi, and Energy Work. I approach the body from a medical point of view, looking for imbalances, weaknesses, and strength's. I have a fitness background with personal training and group fitness, so as I assess a person's discomfort's I will give homework of stretching and or strengthening routines. I believe you must be active in your own wellness or wellness will not prevail. Life can be chaotic and our bodies react to the chaos in different ways. Our jobs, relationships, lifestyle, diet, exercise, background, attitude, and so many other factors determine our overall health. I am part of a regime that is geared towards taking care of you and your wellness. If you are in pain you are not at your best. With your participation we can work towards your body being pain free. I am serious about what I do and I love every minute of it!

Well we are back on the hamster wheel again. Covid slowed us down, made us reevaluate what was truly important, made us appreciate what and who we had in our lives. Some of us added some self care and mindfulness, some of us added some weight, some a new look at health, but overall we looked at things deeper. Now I see us back on the fast track and having to work even harder because things have gotten more costly. Please remember your health, your wellbeing, your self care! An hour massage, a yoga session, a stretching session on the floor, a walk outside, a moment with a friend, whatever it looks like for you, schedule it! Make it happen❤️
