Our first ever uke therapy event is scheduled for Saturday February 14 at the Tempe Public Library. It starts at 1 PM and may go over one hour depending on how it goes. In order to make the most out of our time, please tune your instrument and be prepared to play C, F, G, and Am. Any other chords you know are great, too. If you'd like to have a song ready to share, that is optional and I would love to hear it. 🎸🎶🎸🎶🎸

We have our first uke therapy event on Saturday February 14, at the Tempe Public Library! 1-5 pm has been reserved but let's shoot for 2 hours.

So far, the only call back I've gotten has been the Tempe Library, which is really nice. I'm gonna shoot for a place at the Tempe Library at Southern and Rural Rds. Hope to see you then in the unknown!

This Saturday I'll meet with local ukulele enthusiast Susan Gammon and her ukulele friends! I am continuing the search for a public place to jam once a month. This is not a collaboration effort, it is under the umbrella of my wellness and arts plan as a holistic nurse. I am not looking to become a huge flash mob or the next star, I'm looking for people who need this free service of showing up with a ukulele and an open mind and willing to make music.

Welcome to the page. Let's make it a reality. Back in the before times, we did this at a coffee shop in Glendale. I just wanted to make music, but something else happened. The participants called it "therapy". Now I'm working on a wellness business and I'd like to go back and see where this takes us.
