👀 Check out this self-release technique for the lateral and medial pterygoid muscles, which play a major role in TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder). These muscles attach to your sphenoid bone (the butterfly-shaped bone deep in your skull) and are responsible for side-to-side, up-and-down, and forward-backward jaw movement.
