Transform your bedroom into the ultimate sleep retreat with a few easy adjustments. By altering elements like lighting and linens, you can create a peaceful atmosphere conducive to restorative rest. Here are some great suggestions from one of our sleep coaches!
✔️ Turn off the television
✔️ Make sure your bed is comfortable
✔️ Make sure you are dressed comfortably
✔️ No electronics
✔️ Use a sound machine
✔️ No blue light
✔️ Use pillows to help you stay aligned, such as a small pillow between the knees
✔️ No external noises or distractions
✔️ No pets in the bedroom
✔️ Save the bedroom for intimacy and sleep
✔️ Use low night lights where needed
✔️ Wind down with a cup of hot herbal tea or hot water.
