We had a wonderful time at our recent meet and greet with Port Royal Police Chief Jeff Meyers. It was a great opportunity for residents, staff, and community members to connect and enjoy an afternoon together.

We were also honored to have Mayor Kevin Phillips stop by our ice cream social with his family. Moments like these remind us how special it is to be part of a supportive and connected community.

We had a great time celebrating Employee Appreciation Day with our incredible team. Jameen treated everyone to delicious wings, salad, and banana pudding, and we topped off the celebration with cake.

To make the day even more fun, we raffled off four gift baskets. Congratulations to our winners:

It's Long-Term Care Administrator Week! Meet Trisha:

Trisha is a registered nurse with a diverse background in health care, including 10 years in Labor and Delivery along with experience in ICU and long-term care. She has also shared her knowledge with the next generation of caregivers by teaching CNA classes through Harrisburg Area Community College in Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, Trisha loves to travel and is a proud Parrothead who enjoys the music of Jimmy Buffett. She is married and the proud mom of three wonderful children, two boys and a girl, along with a lovely step-daughter.

One of her favorite recent memories was rowing with her PR Department team during the Beaufort Water Festival in the summer of 2024. While their canoe took on plenty of water and they did not win the race, the team stuck together and finished strong. They wrapped up the day the best way possible by celebrating with lunch and plenty of laughs afterward.

We had our Valentines Day party and glamor shots day.
Residents enjoyed sandwiches, from Shauntey and from agape hospice, meatballs, pasta salad, chocolate covered strawberries and cake. Wayne played music. Afterwards we did a glamor shot. They had so much fun!
