💜 Honoring the Women of Grow Associates, Inc. Day Habilitation Program💜

This month, as we celebrate the incredible impact of women during International Women's Day and throughout Women’s History Month, we are proud to recognize the amazing women who power the Day Hab program at Grow Associates, Inc.

Our Day Hab program supports adults with developmental disabilities by providing opportunities to build life skills, strengthen independence, and participate in meaningful activities both inside the program and throughout the community.

Each day is filled with learning, creativity, social connection, and personal growth helping individuals live fuller, more engaged lives.

Behind these experiences is a dedicated team of compassionate professionals who make it all possible.

The women of our Day Hab team bring patience, creativity, encouragement, and heart to everything they do. They support individuals in developing communication, daily living skills, community participation, and confidence — all while creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

Their work is not just a job, it is a commitment to helping others grow, achieve, and experience the joy of belonging.

At GROW Associates, we are incredibly grateful for this remarkable group of women who show up every day with passion and purpose to ensure that the individuals we serve have meaningful, engaging, and empowering experiences.

We’re excited to share that Grow Associates, Inc. has been featured in the March edition of The Provider, the newspaper of the Providers' Council!

Our article, “Powering human services through solar,” highlights the $500,000 grant awarded through the Healey-Driscoll Administration’s Community Solar Program and how it will support a new solar installation at our Randolph facility. This investment will help reduce operating costs and allow us to reinvest more resources directly into programs and opportunities for the individuals and families we serve.

Thank you to the Providers' Council for the opportunity to share our story and highlight how clean energy investments can strengthen community-based human services organizations.

This National Women’s History Month, we are proud to celebrate the remarkable women who power Grow Associates, Inc. through their leadership, compassion, and dedication.

Today, we are honored to recognize Sarah Palin, Executive Director of GROW Associates, Inc.

With more than 20 years of experience in the Autism and Developmental Disability field, Sarah brings exceptional expertise and vision to her role. After earning her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, she began her career supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities in private special education and nonprofit settings.

She went on to serve for over 12 years with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services in the Autism Division, where she was a statewide leader in advancing programs for children with autism. As a Chief Program Officer at a Massachusetts nonprofit organization, she spearheaded transformative growth, launching DDS adult services, center-based ABA services, an ABA preschool program, and establishing comprehensive family services. She has also played a key role in expanding the mission of the Autism Society by establishing a Massachusetts chapter.

As Executive Director, Sarah is leading GROW into a new chapter defined by vision, innovation, and strategic growth. Her leadership blends deep programmatic knowledge with forward-thinking strategy strengthening our services, expanding opportunity, and ensuring that the individuals we support continue to thrive in inclusive communities.

Sarah’s commitment, expertise, and heart-centered leadership embody the very spirit of Women’s History Month.

We are grateful for the direction she sets and the future she is helping GROW build.

The Stop & Shop Community Bag Program makes it easy for shoppers to contribute to their local communities.

Every time a $2.50 reusable Community Bag is purchased at the Stop & Shop located at 278 Washington Street, Stoughton MA in March, $1 will be donated to GROW Associates Inc. This is a great way to broaden awareness of our mission and help our cause!

Today we share bittersweet news with our Grow Associates, Inc. community.

After 20 years of dedicated service, Marge Cycan will be moving on from Grow Associates, Inc.

For two decades, Marge has been a steady presence, a compassionate colleague, and a true champion for the individuals we support. Her commitment, professionalism, and heart have helped shape the culture of care and community that defines GROW today.

Marge’s impact reaches far beyond her role as Director of Finance. as she has touched the lives of individuals, families, and staff in ways that will not be forgotten. Her dedication to our mission and to the growth and well-being of those we serve has made a lasting difference.

While we will miss her tremendously, we are excited for her as she begins this new chapter.

✅ GROW is Open Tomorrow!

Grow Associates, Inc. will be open tomorrow, Wednesday, 2/25.

Our crews worked incredibly hard to prepare the building and the main roads, and surrounding streets are clear and safe.

We understand that some side roads may still be messy in certain areas, and we completely respect that some families may decide not to attend program. Please make the choice that feels safest and most comfortable for you.

We’re looking forward to seeing many of you and getting back into our routine together!
