We’re thrilled to announce our new Supported Employment partnership with The Arc of Greater Brockton Redemption Center!

Last week, several of our amazing individuals started working at the Redemption Center, where they’re gaining hands-on experience sorting cans for recycling. ♻️👏

This opportunity is a meaningful step toward greater independence and community inclusion, and we couldn’t be prouder! 💙

We’re excited to share some important changes happening at GROW.

Our Transportation Department will now be known as the Department of Community and Program Access — a name that truly captures the heart of what this incredible team does every day: expanding access, supporting personal growth, and creating meaningful community connections.

We're also proud to announce that Hayley L'Heureux will be leading the department as its new Director. Hayley came to GROW in 2022, as the Assistant Director for the CBDS Program. Hayley’s dedication to improving systems and building strong, sustainable foundations makes her the ideal person to guide this next chapter.

🌞 A Huge Thank You to Our Local Sheriff’s Department! 🚓🍔

We are incredibly grateful to members of the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office who donated their time, energy, and delicious food to make our annual Grow Associates, Inc. Summer BBQ a truly special event. Their kindness and generosity brought so much joy to our clients and staff.

It was a wonderful time filled with great food, laughter, and community spirit — all made possible by their support. We couldn’t be more appreciative. 💙

In honor of Juneteenth, our offices are closed today, as we recognize and reflect on the significance of this important day in American history.

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and is a time to celebrate freedom, resilience, and progress.
