Our Story
Let's bring an end to mental health stigma by educating the public. Prevention is the best intervention, and the holistic care approach is one of the most noteworthy parts of the nursing model to help a patient heal versus cure. Beautiful Mind Psychiatric Mental Health Services staff and interns believe in engaging individual patients in his/her care at the very first encounter to promote optimal mental wellness. Consequently, decrease emergency visits and inpatient psychiatric admissions. We empower our patients to take back control of their health and guide them to a healthier self.
BMPMHS was founded in 2016 by Dr. Muriana Jeanniton, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctoral Degree in Nursing Practice. Dr. Jeanniton is warrior citizen, Rank Major-United States Army Reserve, Combat Stress Unit with 12 years in military service. Dr. J and staff deliver compassionate evidence-based practice care.
Dr. Jeanniton, staff and interns are tender, respectable, and non-judgmental professionals. Personal statement from Dr. Jeanniton, “Nursing others back to health is my passion, my calling and I would die a thousand deaths and come back to choose this same path, the doctor that is always a nurse first.”
