Welcome Aubry Chambers! Aubry A. Chambers, ICSW
Intern Clinical Social Worker | Trauma-Informed Therapist | Family & Addiction Specialist
Currently in her final year of her master's program at Utah State University and working full time as a therapist at Stepping Stones Family Counseling.
She works with clients across the lifespan—from young children navigating trauma to adults working through addiction, grief, and relationship challenges. Whether She's supporting individuals, couples, or families, her goal is to create a space where healing feels possible and people feel seen and understood.
Who she works with are Children and adolescents with trauma histories, Adults navigating anxiety, depression, or substance use, Couples and families facing communication breakdowns or conflict, and Individuals seeking growth, clarity, or emotional regulation.
The modalities she uses encompass TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), ST (Strengths-Based Therapy), as well as somatic and mindfulness-based interventions, and Narrative and systems-informed approaches. Her goal is to help people heal, grow, and release what doesn’t belong to them. She prioritizes boundaries, enjoy belly laughs, and focus on developing practical emotional tools that truly make a difference.

What Makes Her Different? She blends a meticulous, clinical approach with a heartfelt, human-centered perspective. Her expertise shines when working with clients who often resort to sarcasm or humor as a shield against deeper emotional pain. She truly empathize with that struggle. In our sessions, She focuses on meeting people exactly where they are on their journey—without any judgment—creating a safe space where they can explore their feelings and aspirations. She doesn't shy away from confronting the tough issues; instead, she is committed to helping you develop the skills and resilience needed to face those challenges head-on.

Her Philosophy
She believes that healing is not merely about fixing what is perceived as broken; it involves reclaiming and rediscovering the parts of yourself that have been buried beneath layers of hurt. Whether you are grappling with the aftermath of trauma, navigating the complexities of addiction, or addressing family conflicts that weigh heavily on your heart, She is here to walk alongside you. Together, we'll navigate this path with compassion, clarity, and a dose of gritty determination, empowering you to embrace your journey toward healing and wholeness.
