Camisha is more than amazing. She is a miracle worker. Over the past four years I have been benefiting from Camisha’s bodywork, yoga, herbalism and deep wisdom. She is so well read that I can call her with anything I am dealing with or that my kids are dealing with and she has an answer that speaks to the very core of what the ailment is. Camisha addresses the issue - physical pain, sickness, dis-ease, mental issue etc and then addresses what may have caused it and how to heal that! I wish medical doctors learned what she has taught herself and generously shares with her community!
The first session can be intense especially the fascia blasting. If you haven't had this kind of treatment, know that it may be very painful in stuck areas of your body however, after that, it gets better. I think its wonderful that more infrared saunas are coming to our community! I love and advocate for the use of sauna in my practice. As a reminder I also offer sauna sessions. $15 for an hour in a large 4 person sauna that you can lay down in. Let me know if you’d like to book a sweat!

Coffee Alternative: I've been using this recipe for years and call it "Tea-Coffee" in our household.

It will clean your liver, clean your blood and lymph, clean your bowels, and help heal your mucous linings, while also feeding your gut biome and enhancing overall health through supporting natural detoxification.

Roasted Dandelion Root (powdered or ground yourself)
Roasted Chicory Root (powdered or ground yourself)
Burdock Root (powdered or ground yourself)
Chaga Mushroom (powdered or ground yourself)
Essiac Tea (ground yourself)

I buy Starwest Brand bulk herbs, 1 lb of each for everything except the Chaga (XPRS Nutra has good deals).

Most of the herbs I try to buy powdered because some of the roots are tough on a home coffee grinder.

Use approx 2 teaspoons of each in a French Press. Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes and then serve with honey and your favorite nut milk or raw milk. It's absolutely delicious and it has none of the negative side effects of caffeine or coffee! And in fact is a natural healing tonic that will support and build your vital life force.

The “Midwife” Nurses in Sevier County will NOT provide prenatal care orders (ultrasounds or blood labs) for women who choose home birth in our area. Birthing at home is legally protected in Utah. They claim its for “liability” reasons while choosing to deny access to medical prenatal care for women who have a legal right to any of those services as desired. What do you think? Is that fair or logical?
