Poison prevention is important in all areas of life. Each year 2 million poisonings are reported to the poison control center! There are many things you can do to practice poison prevention.
1. Keep medicine, chemicals, and household products stored in a secure area.
2. Keep the poison help number accessible. 1-800-222-1222
3. Store products in their original container with their warning labels.
4. Safely dispose of expired medications and products.

What a year 2024 was! We are so thankful to have the best patients, staff, and experiences in 2024. We can confidently say it was a great year at the clinic! We are eager to see what 2025 brings! We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable new year!!

Just a reminder about our holiday hours!!!

Happy December!! During this busy holiday season we are here for your needs!! Ensure your health, happiness, and needs to prepare for the holidays!! We would also like to invite you to visit the Mountain Utah Family Medicine tree that is located at Christmas Tree Lane in Richfield!! (Located at the SVC 12/06-12/10)

We have made some changes for our holiday hours!
Saturday, December 7th we will be closing after hours at 5pm.
Tuesday, December 24th we will be closing at 1pm. (No after hours.)
Wednesday, December 25th we will be closed in observance of Christmas!
Tuesday, December 31st we will be closing at 2pm. (No after hours.)
Wednesday, January 1st we will be closed in observance for New Years Day!!
