Meet Timothy Guerra! Tim is a Massage Therapist & Sound Therapist here at Reclaim Wellness, working through their practice Rise Bodywork’s and Massge Therapy.
His sessions blend intentional touch, sound, and presence, supporting relief, alignment, and lasting change that goes far beyond the table. With training in myofascial release, deep tissue, lymphatic work, resonance therapy, and crystal healing, Tim’s work is grounded, intuitive, and results-focused.
