Just wrapped up a few days of learning, collaboration, interviewing, and deep conversations with my admin team and colleagues who inspire me here in Charlotte, North Carolina and it’s ALWAYS a good time!! Three years in and still getting leveled up.

There’s nothing like surrounding yourself with people who stretch you, challenge you, and hold you accountable.

The relationships are gold…

And so is helping men and women feel like themselves again. ✨

That doesn’t even enter my consciousness!

Because I know my purpose too well to entertain that thought.

Helping women rise in midlife isn’t optional for me.
It’s the work I was made for✨

And when you know you’re meant to change how women experience menopause and midlife…
there is no plan B.

There is only forward.
