It’s time to take care of YOU! Everyone relies on their mom to keep it all together. But, what if you are too tired to keep it all together? Do you:
- Dread getting out of bed even after 8 hrs of sleep?
- Sport pajamas during the day, sometimes workout clothes so it looks like you did something more?
- Pull your hair into a messy bun, it’s all you have time and energy for?
- Makeup? What’s that?
- Rely on your coffee or Diet Coke in the morning, afternoon and sometimes evening?
- Hate the question, “What’s for dinner?” Free for all night again? (I’m too tired to think about cooking let alone thinking of what to cook!)
