My life changed in January 2018, when I “woke up” in a float tank in Las Vegas. I remembered a deeply authentic side of myself that I had utterly forgotten. Then I quit my job, wandered the world, and started True North Project. 👩‍🚀

That float rocked my world, and lead to a regular float practice and the birth of True North Float a couple of years later. Since then, I’ve logged over 1000 hours in the tank and completely transformed. 🦋

TNF has hosted over 23,000 sessions and served 7000 people. We’ve also participated in the creation of over 100 unique artworks.

It’s been both a difficult and magical ride. So much salty sweat, salty tears, and salt in just about everything else you can imagine! 🧂😂

Shout out to the amazing team and community of seekers who have shown up and supported this soulful project. TNF would just be a dream without you. No matter what comes next, I’ll always be so grateful for the amazing humans who have joined me on this odyssey.
