Studio will be closed until August 18, 2025. We are traveling in Europe for a couple of weeks.
💐⌛️🖼️ We were very sad to share the news of our studio mascot Buddy’s passing (see previous post) and want to thank everyone who reached out or messaged. 🙏❤️‍🩹 He was very loved & loved everyone that came to the studio. RIP our little yoga dog. I hope you are all enjoying your summer & we look forward to seeing you all again soon. Blessings & joy,

Tuesday classes will continue at their usual times. Thursday mornings are now dedicated to mobility and strength building—come get grounded and strong with us! We’re thrilled to be back at the winery with a special event every month through June. Private sessions are now available. Reach out with any questions or to book your time.
