✨ Employee Spotlight: Jared ✨
Born and raised in Santa Clara, Jared earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Utah Tech and discovered his passion for senior living while working as a CNA in Memory Care. He loves connecting with residents, hearing their incredible stories, and learning from their experiences.

As our Outreach Liaison, Jared leads with empathy, respect, and by example—helping build meaningful connections within the community and inside our Legacy Village walls.

Outside of work, you’ll find him watching or playing sports, hitting the gym, and staying active. We’re grateful to have Jared as part of our Legacy Village family! 💙🏡✨

Our dedicated Recreation Directors recently gathered for a full-day workshop to explore the heart of our Engage program: creating personalized, meaningful experiences for residents in memory care.

This training brought together creativity, purpose, and connection — ensuring every resident continues to be seen, heard, and celebrated each day.
