There are many options to help you lose weight this summer!
Oral medications such as; Phentermine , Topirimate, Contrave, Rybelsus (oral Semaglutide)
Injectable medications such as: Semaglutide and MIC fat blocking injections
What is required to get started?
An initial medical visit with Raquel NP
Bring your most recent lab results (if none in the past year, we can draw your labs in-office)
Cost
Initial visit: $175 ( Does not include labs or medication)
Subsequent monthly visit: $120 (Does not include labs or medication)
*May be able to bill insurance for the monthly office visit if patient meets criteria
Weekly semaglutide shot: $397 per month for 4 shots
OR $125 for a single shot
(includes methylated B12)
Weekly Walk-in clinic for semaglutide shots
Monday and Wednesday 8-10 AM
*once initial medical visit has been completed.
MIC fat blocking injection includes B12 $35 per shot and may be administered once a week
Oral medications
Oral weight-loss medications: Phentermine, Topiramate, Tenuate, Contrave could be ordered through your pharmacy, however; insurance does not pay for weight loss medications.
Rybelsus (oral Semaglutide) is available for ordering, we can assist you with getting the best price if you choose this option.
