The Strangulation Exam Reimbursement Program (SERP) will be heard tomorrow, February 3, at/around 8 am. You can attend (Senate Building, room 120) or watch online. We'll be helping present the request with Rep. Acton and may have one of the forensic nurse agencies and/or prosecuting attorneys speaking as well.
