Take a look at Willow in action! She’s shadowing and practicing how to slap dough with a phenomenal teacher. She’ll be a dough-slapping, pizza-flipping pro in no time! 🍕👏✨

Willow continues to take on more responsibility as she learns to slap dough on the pizza line 🍕👏. She’s approaching the task with patience and practice, which is key to learning 💪✨. While the dough size wasn’t quite right on her first attempt, she demonstrated strong competence and effort 🌱🙌. Great encouragement from her coach and coworkers made the experience even better 🤝🌟.

While the Seahawks were chasing a Super Bowl win, Willow was claiming one of her own! 🏈🏆

With nonstop orders coming in, she stepped up as the MVP—helping wherever she was needed and following every direction. From folding boxes and labeling orders to prepping dough and making pizzas, Willow did it all! 🍕

Her dough-slapping skills and overall job performance keep getting better and better. Huge shout-out to Willow for the growth and for winning the day! 👏🔥

Meet Christi, a resilient and determined individual currently working on job development. She has faced significant health challenges that resulted in physical weakness. Despite her fear of failure she continues to tackle each step with courage.

Christi is learning to advocate for herself, rebuild strength after chronic health setbacks, and regain confidence through consistent effort—like daily walks to improve stamina.

During a recent job shadow at the library, Christi stood for over two hours, demonstrating determination and perseverance.

We’re incredibly proud of her progress and believe strongly in her journey forward. Amazing work, Christi! 🌟
