My brothers are back in town Saturday December 10th thru Monday December 12th to do corrective structural bodywork! THIS IS THE LAST TIME THEY WILL BE HERE THIS YEAR! Their open times go fast!! Last time they were here their spots filled within 2 hours after blasting it out!

Spencer and Logan shadowed and worked with me for a year and have grown to be AMAZING 🤩 structural corrective bodyworkers! I couldn’t be more proud of how they have grown in this arena and how hard they keep working to grow their knowledge to fix muscle pain in the body! All my clients know it is amazing when they get the 4 hand treatment from these talented guys! 💪🏼

I have been slammed with mental health therapy work and have started to focus on my bodywork to help with trauma release when I do Brainspotting with my clients and just cannot keep everyone on my schedule! If you are in pain, not swinging your golf club right, struggling to run those last 2 miles, hurting when you get out of bed, headaches because you have tight shoulders and neck…….GET YOUR B***Y INTO THESE GUYS!! Spencer and Logan’s 4 hand cost for 60 min is $150 which is an incredible deal! If you booked one of them solo it’s $100 for the hour so to get both of them at the same time for that price is something special! They also do custom kinesiology tape jobs that are intuitively done on the spot to support the corrective work that has been done 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

Everyone holds tension in their bodies at all ages throughout time! Whether you are active or inactive my team and I can find your knots/adhesions in the muscles and get them to release and reset to proper muscle firing patterns. This means less chronic pain, aches and increased mobility. We do issue specific bodywork that yields a high rate of efficacy to get your body out of pain and functioning better for you! An example of the kind of things we can get done is a recent client went from only being able to walk with her dogs a quarter of a mile. In 3 short sessions able to up it to a mile!!! She loves walking her dogs and being so restricted in her movement had been affecting her ability to do the things she enjoyed which then can affect mental health because our quality of life can start to feel diminished when chronic pain and feeling restricted in our ability to move. This is very unique work come try it out! ⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️I often have people I work on tell me they struggle to describe what I do to others! Here it is in a nutshell! 🏃‍♂️

Nobody who is active wants to stop doing the activity they love doing. When acute or chronic pain shows up in the body due to tension based holding patterns and knots in the musculature come see me and and my team and we can effectively get your body back to a stable strong place.

What I Do:

Manual Muscle Alignment Therapy which is under the umbrella of myofascia release and deep tissue issue specific muscle body work. I can get people out of pain that is acute or chronic and happening in specific areas of their body that lack range of motion, lack mobility and and are inhibited because of so much tension, compensation, and knots/adhesions in the tissue. I get the knots to release with a passive release therapy technique to get the muscles properly firing and back in alignment in the musculature. It is not at all a typical deep tissue massage it is uniquely different, with a high rate of efficacy to get your muscles working how they should and keep you out of pain and greatly reduce risk for injuries.

I have assembled a team and we will offering issue specific medical massage, deep tissue, muscle alignment bodywork. It’s incredible work and gets those old nagging aches and pains away and helps get muscles back online, firing properly with more range of motion and reduction of pain.
