Meet Our Newest Doctor! Dr. Blair Ballard. Dr. Ballard attended chiropractic school at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. His athletic and outdoor interests led him to pursue a Master's in Sports Medicine alongside his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. He is a Utah native and was raised in small town Fielding, Utah. He is a lifelong athlete and grew up playing baseball, basketball, and football.

Personally, I need both! I am very glad we offer both in the office.

Massage therapy increases blood flow through blocked areas and helps to break down lactic acid, while chiropractic therapy alleviates pressure on nerves caused by subluxations.
They are the perfect duo🤝
