Lorri Soqui, nationally recognized Posture Specialist, Pilates Trainer. I have studied and practiced health, nutrition and fitness for over 30 years. I’ve been trained in a form of physical therapy that corrects the spine and joints to get you pain free and keep you that way. Years of teaching and training has brought me the expertise to develop my own healthy posture method. Working with hundreds

of people weekly to improve their overall health, help them avoid surgery and condition the muscles to hold the bones, vertebrae and joints in the proper functional place to stop the deterioration of the joints and spine! Using very specific exercises and modifications I see that this program is extremely effective and efficient for all levels. It’s never too late and your never to old for my healthy posture exercise program. Let’s face it, there’s nothing good about bad posture. The unrelenting pressure of gravity, coupled with demanding work environments as well as both active and sedentary lifestyles, means one thing; poor posture is not self-correcting. With the proper exercises, however, you not only can correct your posture but you will decompress your spine and your joints. In doing so you will be in a much better space to obtain optimal health, vitality and age reversal and therefore, establishing less stress and pain in the neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees and feet.
