Welcome to the Dermatology Clinic of Southern Utah!
Located inside the Riverfront Medical Center in sunny St. George.
We have 2 AMAZING providers who are dedicated to providing outstanding medical and cosmetic care.
Marie Tuttle, MD FAAD has been taking care of southern Utah’s dermatology needs since 2015, she opened the Dermatology Clinic of Southern Utah in June of 2018.
Kashae Anderson, PA-C became a part of the team in July of 2020 after switching from neurosurgery.
We love this community and look forward to many more years of service!

Dr Tuttle was born and raised in Richfield, Utah. After graduating from Richfield Highschool she earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in biology and her medical degree from the University of Utah. She completed her medical internship at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, and completed a dermatology residency with an emphasis in research from Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
After completing residency, Dr Tuttle completed a fellowship in wound healing and dermatology research, obtaining a master’s degree in clinical research. She joined the faculty as an assistant professor with dual research and clinical appointments with Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals. She also served as assistant chief of dermatology at the Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Since 2015, Dr Tuttle has been serving patients in Southern Utah as a dermatologist for Intermountain Healthcare. As of June 2018, Dr Tuttle has opened her own independent practice and is excited to be able to continue to offer an exceptional level of care for her community.
