Gabrielle Precious Garcia is a Filipino American Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern who believes that healing begins in safe, supportive connection.

Gabby brings a multicultural, person-centered lens to her work with children, teens, and adults — integrating Adlerian, ACT, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches. Her sessions often include mindfulness, movement, and creative tools tailored to each client’s needs.
