Neuromuscular coordination: smooth pull, patient turnover. Speed through the middle: not just fast hands, but fast hips.Midline and shoulder stability: build confidence overhead.

Metcon: Fast, cyclical, 8–10 min range
Energy System: Anaerobic power / skill endurance
