I was trying to decide whether or not I would continue my studio since I got a job at my favorite studio ever! Sunrock Yoga!! Ultimately I decided that since I started this to serve I’m hoping I can serve more people by continuing on this next year. Note the free class this month will be January 24th at 7:00am! If 6:00am is easier for most I can do that as well, just let me know! Let’s make 2025 full of movement and breath! (Nasal breathing 😉 see Breath by James Nestor)

Sorry this is so late!! Free class this month will be November 22nd at 7:00am! Monday morning classes will be at Sunrock yoga. Drop in classes there are 18$ but you will love it! Come try it out!! They also have a deal for new yogis 7 classes for 70$ so you can come to my Monday morning classes and try a few other classes 😉.

*Update NO CLASS tomorrow night. The 7 pm class is cancelled. Hopefully I will see you all for the free evening class next Wednesday night (the 16th 7pm.)

I left class today feeling so amazing. Thank you to my students for your wonderful energy! Love spending time practicing with you.

Wondering how to come to class? You can call for the address, but the studio room is just off of the garage. You are welcome to park in front of the garage, and walk on in during class hours.

Tomorrow’s classes are Mindful yoga at 9:15 am and Chair yoga at 10:30am. Bring a mat or you can rent one for $5 plus tax. See you soon!

Class was wonderful today! Some times we can get caught up in thinking “I’m not flexible enough for yoga,” but truly yoga is for every BODY. Not only can it help your mind, body, and nervous system, but it can connect you to this moment, which our modern world so often takes us away from. Come to mindful yoga tomorrow at 9:15 am!
