An amazing Ab Challenge transformation and CLIENT TESTIMONIAL 😍🙌🏽🥺
“I did Shay’s ab challenge last year. I was in a big funk after having a baby, and all the pandemic craziness, and my husband being in graduate school full time. I really just did it to give myself something to work for, a reason to do a short workout every day. But I ended up loving it! The workouts were really hard a first. I didn’t want to modify or cut myself short so I did the full workouts, as hard as I could - and sometimes it took me 20-25 minutes. But as I got more confident in the movements and my core got stronger I was able to move through the movements quicker. I’ve done the ab challenge a few other times since then and I can instantly tell when I stop doing her exercises. She has somehow figured out the best ways to target every little muscle in your core.
