SGSC is an AAAHC-accredited, state-of-the-art, multi-specialty outpatient surgery center in Southern Utah. For more than 32 years, SGSC has provided high-quality surgery by board-certified surgeons and anesthesiologists who perform over 400 different transparently-priced, “shoppable” surgical procedures. We are known by insurers, employers and the general public for our excellent quality, advanced technologies, friendly small-town honesty and integrity, hospitality and service and extremely low infection rates in national comparisons.

Patients from surrounding areas such as Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and California travel to our center to have surgery at St. George Surgical Center. The love to combine their visit to our area where they can amazing natural landscapes of southern Utah, close proximity to the metropolitan Las Vegas area, visit Zions National Park and four other national parks and recreation areas.

In 2014, we became one of the few ambulatory surgery centers to post surgery prices online with one transparent, bundled price for over 220 procedures including hip and knee replacements, back and neck surgery, eye surgery, hernia repairs, urology, gynecology, ear nose and throat surgery, foot and ankle surgery, ACL reconstruction surgery, shoulder surgery, and of course, plastic and cosmetic surgery. Our prices include the surgeon fee, surgery center fee, implants* and anesthesiologist fee. We also offer overnight /23-hour stays if you need it. Not every surgery center is licensed to provide overnight stays with a nurse to accompany you through the night.
