✨ We’re Returning - With Intention ✨

We’re so excited to share that our sound baths are returning at the end of January 2026, and this time, they’re being offered with deeper intentionality, care, and presence.
Our relaunch theme is:

🌑 Return to Center:
Reclaiming the Core Self 🌑

This experience is not about fixing yourself, setting resolutions, or becoming someone new.
It’s about gently coming back home, to your body, your breath, and the parts of you that may have been scattered, tired, or holding too much.

This sound bath will intentionally guide you through:
• grounding and nervous system regulation
• releasing stagnant or heavy energy
• heart-centered coherence and emotional integration
• gentle reorganization and energetic sealing

We’ll be weaving sound + Reiki energy healing, with mindful placement of instruments throughout the space to support the body’s natural ability to settle, release, and realign.

Our Sound Journeys are created with the intention of guiding people through the inner landscapes of both dark and light. Specific instruments are intentionally chosen to support this process. What makes our offerings unique is that we don’t rely solely on crystal sound bowls; instead, we select the instruments that best help guide each person through every aspect of their inner journey. In doing so, we typically draw upon a wide variety of high-vibrational instruments to facilitate deep transformation. ✨✨✨

Exactly 1 year ago today, we held our very first Sound Bath. We had no idea what we were doing, and we still don’t 🤣.

I was interviewed yesterday for a documentary on energy healing. When the person filming said they were interviewing the experts, I couldn’t help but laugh. In my opinion, an expert is someone who knows how something works or how it’s done. I will always be a beginner, and I know that I know nothing. This gives me curiosity, sensitivity, and humility. I am open and receptive to the intelligence that is present and become a conduit for its expression.
