This is the moment our kids get to show what they’ve been working on—and it’s about WAY more than just movement. We’ve watched these kids learn about growth, grit, and the courage to rise to the occasion.

They’ve learned:

🤝 Teamwork—We’re talking collaboration, encouraging one another, and solving challenges together.

🤸 Gymnastic Skills—From coordination to balance, they’re ready to take center stage with powerful, practiced movement.

🎤 Public Speaking—These kids are using their own voices with confidence learned in the gym and through practice with their peers.

We’re celebrating every kid’s progress and the strength, courage, and resilience they’ve picked up along the way.

Romy joined KidStrong Paradise Valley in October 2024 and has already crushed over 40 kids’ classes, earning her Atlas Rank ⚡.

Known for her confidence and strength, Romy also shines with her kindness and leadership skills. She welcomes new kids, shows patience, and is always one of the first to help in class. 💪💖

Her coaches and teammates love having her energy on the blue floor. Romy is a true role model and an example of how KidStrong builds confident, strong, and unstoppable kids. 🙌✨

At KidStrong we know confidence starts in the body. That’s why this week we’re celebrating the brain and body power of the broad jump.

We love this jump—a move that involves leaping as far as possible without a running start—because it supports:

🌟 Student Spotlight: Meet Gabriella! 🌟

At just 2 years old, Gabi is already a KidStrong superstar! She joined KidStrong Henderson when we first opened last summer and has been lighting up the blue floor ever since.

Gabi’s bold, sweet personality shines through in every class. She proudly repeats her affirmations, shows off her bravery and confidence, and even shares KidStrong lessons with friends outside the gym. From day one, she’s impressed her coaches with her silliness, kindness, and eagerness to listen and help.

What makes Gabi extra special? She started in a class full of babies, but now she’s stepping up as a leader—helping classmates and coaches, and showing strength and leadership far beyond her age.

We are so proud to celebrate Gabriella’s journey and can’t wait to see her continue to grow stronger every day. 💪✨
