We have Precor resistance weight strengthening machines. We can treat virtually all conditions of the back and neck including: Acute and Chronic sprains/strains, Soft tissue restrictions/scar tissue, Postural Dysfunctions, Disc herniations, Disc degeneration, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Spondylolisthesis, Whiplash, and Pre and Post- surgical patients. Dr. McGraw is certified in acupuncture. He has treated various conditions successfully, back pain, whiplash, migraines, tennis elbow, arthritis of the knees, runner's knee, ilio-tibial band, ankle sprains, plantar facsitis (foot pain), carpal tunnel(wrist/hand pain), fibromyalgia , back pain associated with pregnancy and many others.

These Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites are a fantastic snack for the afternoon and only take 10 minutes to make.

They have a great mix of complex carbs and fiber from the raisins and oats, which, when paired with the healthy fat and protein from the nuts and ground flaxseed, make for a perfect energy boosting afternoon snack.

Ingredients (makes 24 to 32 balls)

2 cups California raisins
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Process until the mixture is finely ground and holds together when pressed.
Roll the mixture into balls, as big or small as you’d like!
If you like a firmer texture (and want them to keep longer), store in the fridge (or freezer).

Get comfortable

Create a room that's ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark and quiet. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs.

Your mattress and pillow can contribute to better sleep, too. Since the features of good bedding are subjective, choose what feels most comfortable to you. If you share your bed, make sure there's enough room for two. If you have children or pets, try to set limits on how often they sleep with you — or insist on separate sleeping quarters.

Probably the easiest way to get in your daily exercise at work is taking the stairs instead of the elevator. You will hardly even feel like you’re exercising, and that’s the point. If you feel like challenging yourself, try taking two steps at a time. If you work on the ground floor, you can always find some steps during lunch.
